What is Mio and how does it work?

Mio is a performance-based ecosystem combining content, engagement, and referral network. Creators, brands, and communities can generate revenue through subscriptions, premium content, messaging, and marketplace flows.

Is there a revenue guarantee?

No. Mio offers no return guarantee. All processes depend on performance; metrics are tracked transparently via dashboard and contract/compliance rules apply.

Which devices can I use it on?

Mio works on modern browsers. Our mobile app is compatible with iOS/Android; you can follow updates in the announcements section.

How is content security and moderation ensured?

Abuse detection is managed with AI-powered signals and layered moderation policies. KVKK/GDPR compliance, 2FA, and session management are our standards.

Is my data safe?

Data processing complies with KVKK/GDPR. 2FA is recommended for accounts; sensitive data is encrypted and access is logged.

How do packages work?

There are three plans: $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000. As the package increases, scope, optimization depth, and profitability potential also rise.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher package or add additional packages during the period. Existing campaigns and KPIs will be re-planned.

How are earnings calculated?

Earnings are calculated based on visible metrics (subscriptions, premium content, messaging, marketplace sales, referrals, etc.) and campaign performance; they can be tracked daily from the dashboard.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Allocation is made based on the activity of invited users. Details and rates are specified in the contract.

How soon can I see results?

The first 2–4 weeks are the “learning & optimization” period. In the following weeks, scaling and ROI improvements are activated.

What payment methods do you support?

Credit/debit card and bank transfer are supported. For corporate clients, contract-based payment plans may be applied.

How are invoicing and contracts handled?

Service contracts are signed and invoices are issued for packages. Processes are conducted in accordance with country regulations.

How and when can earnings be withdrawn?

Creator earnings accumulate in Mio Wallet; withdrawals can be made periodically after verification. Business days and banking processes apply.

What is the currency and taxation?

Packages are USD-based; local regulations may apply VAT/withholding and other taxes.

Can we arrange a corporate payment plan?

Yes. For corporate packages, customized budget, timeline, and reporting conditions can be arranged.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

For ongoing campaigns, cancellation requests are evaluated based on the contract and executed work. Refund conditions are specified in the contract.
