In Q3 2024, Mio moved to Open Beta. This is not just increased access; it means a new learning cycle where we advance with real usage data from a broader community to validate product–market fit. Invitation and waitlist mechanics increased curiosity within the community while the principle of “scarcity of access” preserved engagement quality. Open Beta opens the door to a more transparent, measurable, and sustainable engagement economy for creators and brands.
During this period, we launched our first growth campaign: designed with task flows to activate community members, referral invitations, weekly “challenges” to establish a content rhythm, and coin-based rewards. For creators, subscription tiers and premium messaging flow were simplified; on the viewer side, spam-reducing communication rules made attention more valuable. Moderation automation, KVKK/GDPR compliance, and secure session management were standardized. Producer dashboards now made DAU/MAU, retention (D1, D7, D30), and campaign returns visible. (Note: No return guarantee; all processes are subject to contract and platform rules.)
On the user side, our goal was clear: increase discoverability while reducing noise. That’s why we strengthened “value-creating interaction” signals in feed algorithms; content quality, audience feedback, and creator consistency became more visible. On the campaign side, task completions, sharing chains, and referral invitations systematically fueled viral loops. For brands, campaign codes and progress dashboards were activated; thus, “qualified conversion” was measured instead of impressions.
“Open Beta is not a launch for us; it is a period of learning, iteration, and fast value creation with the user. Every feedback is a brick that strengthens the ecosystem.”
This step in Q3 2024 laid the groundwork for the expansion of subscription tiers, marketplace infrastructure, and the first version of the developer portal in Q4. Offline, we tested quick registration through stand setups; online, we built a hybrid growth strategy with campaigns. Mio is here: if you are a creator, grow your work; if you are a community leader, build stronger bonds with your members; if you are a brand, scale qualified engagement. We continue learning and growing together.
